Returns + Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Green With Envy purchase.

General items
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. We will offer a refund or exchange; original courier charges and return shipping are non-refundable. Sale or discounted items cannot be returned for change of mind.

Furniture & large items
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted on furniture and large items, provided they are unused and undamaged. A restocking fee will apply, and return freight is the customer's responsibility.

Special Orders
Items specially ordered or sourced for a customer cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We must be advised within 7 days of the purchase.
