Temple of the Sun Airla ring gold

The Airla ring by Temple of the Sun is a solitaire design featuring an east-west set baguette-cut garnet.

The band is formed by two cord-like strands, joined at the shoulders with love knots. Inspired by ancient tradition, the Herakles knots symbolise eternal love and enduring connection, their continuous loops echoing the rhythms and cycles of life.

Crafted from 18k gold vermeil and a baguette-cut garnet.

Temple of the Sun uses only recycled sterling silver 925 as the base metal for their vermeil gold and silver jewellery. Vermeil jewellery is made by laying a layer of 18K gold over a sterling silver base, making it high quality and durable, with a thickness of at least 2.5 microns. This thickness makes it more resistant to tarnishing and fading than plated gold jewellery (which has a minimum thickness of 0.5 microns).

Jewellery care:
Remove gemstone jewellery before engaging in activities that may cause damage and avoid wearing with clothes that have loose threads or abrasive textures, to prevent snagging. Gemstone jewellery can be gently scrubbed with a soft-bristled or baby-sized toothbrush coated in warm, soapy water to dislodge any dirt.
